National Museums Liverpool is a museums and galleries group that attracts over 2.5million visitors every year. We work regularly with NML on a variety of projects.
So how do you make an annual report full of facts and figures more appealing to a culturally aware arts audience? (Or to any audience for that matter?)
- Designing the annual review as a newspaper led to our winning the Gold Award at the CIPR Pride Awards.
- One year, forty reports were delivered to key stakeholders with a genuine comment card (which are styled as postcards) affixed to the front of each one allowing the reader to send back their comments.
- Another review is designed as a football programme in reference to one of the museum’s key attractions – well what do you expect in Liverpool?
